When a shingle blows off in a storm or a slow leak finally shows up on your ceiling, you need a crew that answers the phone and shows up — not a call center that puts you on hold. Big Toms Roofing sends licensed, local Point of Rocks roofers to your door, usually the same day you call.
Big Toms Roofing isn't a national call center that dispatches whoever's cheapest that week. We're a licensed roofing operation built around Point of Rocks and the surrounding Point of Rocks, MD communities, with crews who know the local building codes, the weather patterns, and the housing stock inside and out.
Whether it's an emergency leak at 2am or a planned replacement you've been putting off, Big Toms Roofing brings the same certified crew and the same upfront pricing to every Point of Rocks job.
A leak that starts as a small stain can rot decking and framing within weeks. Our emergency response teams treat every active-leak call in Point of Rocks as urgent — temporary stabilization first, permanent fix scheduled right behind it.
A Skylight Repair replacement is one of the biggest investments a Point of Rocks homeowner makes in their property, and we treat it that way — daily site cleanup, magnetic nail sweeps, and a final walkthrough with the crew lead before we consider the job done.
Downtime costs money, so commercial Skylight Repair jobs get scheduled around your operating hours whenever possible, with clear communication to property managers and tenants throughout the project.
After a wind or hail event, insurance companies want documented proof of damage. Our inspection team photographs and reports storm damage in a format adjusters recognize, which speeds up claim approval.
Ice damming is a real problem in Point of Rocks, MD winters when it happens. We install proper ice-and-water shield and improve attic insulation and ventilation to stop the freeze-thaw cycle that damages eaves.
We're not trying to be the biggest Skylight Repair company in Point of Rocks, MD — we're trying to be the one you'd actually recommend to your neighbor.
